Noticed when installing zstd:
 * QA Notice: command not found:
 *
 * 	/Users/sam/Gentoo/var/tmp/portage/app-arch/zstd-1.4.5/temp/environment: line 2145: test-flags-CCLD: command not found

It turns out this is missing in our older copy of flag-o-matic in the overlay.

if you know what you're doing, you should have commit access to the prefix repo

Sure, I'll give it a draft and test locally. If I'm confident, I'll commit :)

(I didn't want to intrude, but very happy to help. Just going to take it slow while I learn the lay of the Prefix land too!)
