This package contains the Ant task to use doxygen, a document generation utility software.

this package should be in dev-java, it's another dependency of c-jdbc

after i some research it seems that it's not neccessary to have it in the portage tree. c-jdbc works fine without it and there is no problem while compiling c-jdbc without it. if in the future anyone wants this package, just drop a note and i'll reopen/add it.
