Can a developer please version bump the necessary ebuilds for Xfce 4.2 RC 3? Thanks.

These only need bumping, the patch being applied in xfce4-panel-4.1.99.2 is no longer needed.

Should be in portage now, with work and the holidays I didn't have time to do any gentoo work or even check my email.
