NWN has updated their dedicated server version to 1.65 from 1.61 which is still in portage.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge nwn-ded

Actual Results:  
It emerges the wrong version

Expected Results:  
Get the newer version.
