![]() x86 stable ppc stable arm64 done amd64 done ppc64 stable After emerge update from net-print/hplip-3.20.9-r1 to this new net-print/hplip-3.20.9-r3 my HP Photosmart 5524 could no longer be detected. I have masked net-print/hplip-3.20.9-r3 to go back to -r1 which works. So maybe not quite stable? So > maybe not quite stable? I guess you are coming from version 3.20.6-r1 (not hplip-3.20.9-r1) as this was the previous stable version? Hplip supports around 3000 different printer models. There is always one which does not work. Do you prefer no stable version at all. No problem for me! Care to open a new bug with detailed instructions of your problem? Yes, correct - 3.20.6-r1 is the version I downgraded to. I'll open a new bug on it. (In reply to Benny Lønstrup Ammitzbøll from comment #8) > Yes, correct - 3.20.6-r1 is the version I downgraded to.
