I can't reproduce the test fail with either 2.3.36-r1 or 2.4.0. since there seem to be multiple changes to the ebuild since, I will close this bug as RESOLVED/TEST-REQUEST according to https://blogs.gentoo.org/ago/2020/07/04/gentoo-tinderbox/ Point 21
