The current package dep allows 2.0 to install which generates this runtime error:

pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'importlib-metadata<2,>=0.12' distribution was not found and is required by tox

Works fine with <2.0 but I didn't want to touch anyone elses toes...
