There are few servers in the list with "last stat" "ok" status but the mirror is out of sync
For example,

Gentoo Linux (distfiles) site -- home	type	mirror age,
daily stats	last probe,
probe stats	last stat

	10 minutes
	ok
mirror.rise.ph  @	http	289.7 days
	2 hours
	ok

	ok

I suggest respecting "mirror age, daily stats" column in the status
