Runtime testing: I guess it would be good to confirm that it actually runs on that arch? I do not insist on it, though. Sanity check failed:

OpenCV problem: USE=contribdnn is masked on arm64, unclear why - the comment says "requires unkeyworded dependencies" but does not specify which one. The mask was put in place back in February 2018 so chances are this is no longer a problem; sam is testing it now. QtAV problem: looks like a straightforward missing-keyword thing, will post a new ticket for it. Sanity check failed:
