I would like access to contribute to Guru, so I can work to get Starship into Gentoo.

I've opened a pull request for this, but saw some discussion on the proxy-maint freenode channel that Guru was a better way to get new packages into Gentoo.

Sorry for the delay here. I will gladly add you to the project GURU. To do so there are just two formalities left: 
 1) please attach your public ssh key to this bug 
 2) please state here that you agree to the GURU regulations as mentioned in the wiki

I'm looking forward to add you to the project afterwards.
