When emerging app-i18n/ibus-table-others-1.3.11, I encountered an error when it attempted to mkdir() a directory in the process of running ibus-table-createdb:

I will attach a build log of a failed build to this bug.

Having seen this error before on other packages, I suspected a race condition probably caused by a parallel make, so I took a copy of the build directory before attempting to redo the merge, which completed successfully the next time round. If needed, I can attach a successful build log as well.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -a1 =app-i18n/ibus-table-others-1.3.11

Actual Results:  
On one occasion, the merge failed with the above error.

Expected Results:  
It should have installed successfully, which it did on a subsequent attempt to do so.

This is a bug of app-i18n/ibus-table, but it is fixed in 1.9.23 or later.
