This is a placeholder bug to block stabilisation of libevent 2.1.12 until the issue is fixed upstream by Transmission.

Upstream haven't closed the bug but https://github.com/transmission/transmission/commit/59cf023e577b496f966308e675a80a2090b4c6b1 suggests it's.. fine now?
