![]() Update from 2021-01-10 council@ meeting: still relevant. *** Bug 769887 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Missing meeting logs (and summaries): - 2020-11-08 - 2020-04-12 (this is marked as "?" on the site, did it ever occur?) In addition to already listed summaries missing, summary is also missing from: - 2020-12-13 If the leading person from those days is inactive, could other council members help to at least provide the logs? ping :) Maybe you want to start looking into automating this? alicef in the kernel team has some bot to do it, check https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Kernel/meetings#2021 as an example. (In reply to Joonas Niilola from comment #5) > Maybe you want to start looking into automating this? alicef in the kernel > team has some bot to do it, check > https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Kernel/meetings#2021 > as an example. The Council meeting summaries are actually supposed to be human-readable, not some random sentences written on a knee. (In reply to Michał Górny from comment #6) > > The Council meeting summaries are actually supposed to be human-readable, > not some random sentences written on a knee. The linked one was just an example, surely there are alternatives, or the one used by kernel project can be enhanced. Also it provides the full logs, which are perfectly readable. Since you probably have more knowledge about this subject, could you point me to council meeting summary specifications? As I was actually trying to search whether providing them at all is mandatory, or done out of good will. I know the meeting needs to happen in public, which it does, but couldn't find any rule about providing the logs after.
