An ebuild for the git version of fluxbox. It seems that there is no planned release, and there is at least one bugfix there related to zoom window decorations.

Providing a git ebuild can never be a proposition to fix bugs present in currently available release ebuilds, and it makes no sense for unmaintained packages especially.

What you could alternatively do is identify that specific fix and propose a backport (create a PR for gentoo.git, even).
