Line 63 contains a check to see if devfsd is running; if not it makes the device nodes for udev.  The line (and check) fails because of a missing space between [ and !  Enclosed is an updated ebuild (-r2) fixing this problem.

updated ebuild containing fixed line.

New to this so I just updated the line and filename, not sure if I should have
changed the $Header line or not *shrug*

Fixed version has been comitted to portage as rivatv-0.8.5-r2 Please test and provide feedback.
