 * DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS value is probably incorrect
 *   have:     DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS=bdepend (or unset)
 *   expected: DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS=rdepend

The logic now accepts bdepend and rdepend, and prefers bdepend, so the bugs are most likely obsolete and confusing.
