amarok can use either xine or arts backend. The way the ebuild works now - it requires kdemultimedia no mater what! I guess this dependencie should be conditional to arts being in USE.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="xine -arts" emerge -p amarok

Actual Results:  
Observe kdemultimedia in the list 

Expected Results:  
kdemultimedia should not be there as we explicitely disabled arts backend.
