To be able to run Portage using PyPy3, the Layman sync plugin also needs to be installed for PyPy3. Layman has had support for PyPy2 previously (in bug 475616), but not PyPy3.

In my local overlay, I added "pypy3" to PYTHON_COMPAT for app-portage/layman-2.4.3 and its dependency dev-python/ssl-fetch-0.4. It works fine so far.
