Strange: you have stable packages only, so I think that's not related to samba, but portage (which is very strange anyway). Can you re-'emerge sync && emerge portage; emerge baselayout' and then 'emerge samba'? closing: this was due to ext2 fs corruption in which portage tree resided. |
