When I do a world update after emerge --sync, this error occurs and stops portage:

* ERROR: dev-libs/libxml2-2.9.10-r3::gentoo failed (unpack phase):
*   unpack: libxml2-2.9.10-r3-patchset.tar.xz does not exist
