It looks like you are living in the past :) .
app-office/openoffice-bin was already deleted 2.5 days ago:

And " * ERROR: app-office/openoffice-bin-4.1.3::local failed (unpack phase):" says that that ebuild is from a repository named "local".

Sorry I just miss that detail (this comes from my local overlay).
