After installing Eric3 (eric-3.5.1.ebuild), the file permissions of eric3.py in the directory /usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/eric3 are 644, but they should be 755 (the executable bit is missing).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install eric-3.5.1
2. Try to start eric3.py
Actual Results:  
"No permissions" 

Expected Results:  
Execute the Eric Python IDE.
