The current ebuild has only python 3.6+3.7 in PYTHON_COMPAT.

According to the webpage python 3.8 should be supported:
https://www.django-rest-framework.org/

You may also want to bump the version (3.11.1 is the current one).

(This is a dependency for hyperkitty/mailman3, which I want to add soon and which I'd rather not add without python 3.8 support.)
