I have noticed this too, i think it started with the move to gdk-pixbuf functions instead of external apps to grab an image. It is probably a configure problem (the Changelog of xscreensaver suggests there are still problems), but i haven't found it yet. The new masked version in portage (4.06) fixed it for me, can you test and confirm ? well it isn't fixed in the current unmasked version. should only be marked resolved when 4.06 is released. i still have the same problem. Well, you never even commented back, which would help in unmasking it. As far as i'm concerned it is fixed, in time 4.06 will be unmasked and there's no point in keeping this open until then. |
