I see link errors in the log, primarily.  Could you elaborate what you mean by calling commands that do not exist?  Thanks!

Does not seem to be an issue with latest (and only) version 2.0.5 in Gentoo as of today, just checked.  Closing as obsolete, please re-open as needed.
