Description Russell Smith 2004-12-11 15:41:37 UTC
When merging Orbit 2.12.0 with libIDL-0.80 installed, you get the error listed in the summary. By upgrading to 0.8.4 of libIDL Orbit compiled successfully. However currently only IDL-0.7.4 is listed as the minimum requirement for this package.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =libIDL-0.8.0
2. emerge orbit

Actual Results:
Error: _factory is not a valid identifier in IDL

Expected Results:
Successfully Compiled orbit, or an upgraded version of libIDL to be installed.
