Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

This machine uses GLIBC-2.32. If you think that this issue is strictly related to GLIBC please block bug 736174.

What you mean exactly? portage timestamp is included in the log, and before emerge any package, "emerge -DuN world" is done, so please start to consider it valid, otherwise you'll get another bug when the package will be touched in the tree
