Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox)

NOTE:
This machine uses a clang/LLVM toolchain.

This package is explicitly declared unmaintained in README.
It's also last modified in 2024.
I changed my mind, let's last rite it and then tree clean it.

This was fixed with https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=c92a23412d37cef6388a4a6962d2d3ea913e9515 but unfortunately this bug was not referenced in tthe commit message.
