xded build fails w/o csh - please add 'app-shells/csh' to depends.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge xd3d
2.w/o csh (fails)
3.w/ csh (success)

Actual Results:  
1.w/o csh (fails)
2.w/ csh (success)

works perfectly

Fixed in CVS. Thanks for reporting. (I added tcsh rather than csh since almost  
no one uses plain csh (unless I am mistaken).)
