Issue: dev-libs/libtasn1-4.16.0 fails tests.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox)

NOTE:
This machine uses a clang/LLVM toolchain.

Please retry with =dev-libs/libtasn1-4.17.0 which was added today to repository (passing all tests for me).
