fetch checksum failure

The http://gentoo.cs.utah.edu/distfiles mirror is missing pikepdf-1.17.0 which unmasked a change in the checksum from upstream at https://codeload.github.com/pikepdf/pikepdf/tar.gz/v1.17.0. I was able to resolve the issue by adding rsync://mirror.leaseweb.com/gentoo/ to GENTOO_MIRRORS, but wanted to submit this bug for the record since it seems that original source package has changed. Logs of the failure attached.
