When upgrading an unstable system with kde overlay, kde-framewoks 5.73 are pulled in although they are still fetch restricted and in pre-release status.

Can confirm this bug on an ~amd64 system. Asking users to either manually fetch or hardmask dozens of packages just to complete a routine system update is absurd and needs to be fixed.
