amavisd-new does not work w/ Archive-Tar-1.23

i have installed 
dev-lang/perl-5.8.5-r1
mail-filter/amavisd-new-20040701
dev-perl/Archive-Tar-1.10

after upgrading to 
dev-perl/Archive-Tar-1.23

we have the following error w/ amavisd-new

This seems to be a missing dependency in Archive-Tar on dev-perl/IO-String. Reassinging to perl.

- the missing dep of dev-perl/IO-String is right 
- emerged io-string-1.05 and amavis works fine w/ archive-tar-1.23
- so can we fix this easy one plz, because of #64462?
