update sys-fs/quota package form 2.06-r2 to 3.12, and after this, repquota
crash with Segmenation fault. I tried return back to 3.06-r2, which work
well, but error remain. I use gentoo-dev-sources-2.6.9-r8 with
CONFIG_QUOTA=y
# CONFIG_QFMT_V1 is not set
CONFIG_QFMT_V2=y
CONFIG_QUOTACTL=y

I also tried remove aquota.* files and regenerate this with quotacheck
command, but repquota crash as well as before... All but repquota see OK,
edquota work, quotaon/off work...

Problem is on my 2 systems, thats almost same.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =sys-fs/quota-3.12
2. repquota -u /home (-g ,-u, ...)

Actual Results:  
Upgrade form sys-fs/quota-3.06-r2, which work OK.

I'm seeing the same on 3 different servers with quota 3.12
