I attach the updated ebuild for version 3.76 of xawtv.      
It requires make >=3.79.2* (see bug# 7343).  
I didn't adapt the deinterlace patch to this new version. It had only two  
rejects, one trivial, the other one a little more complex (not that much  
anyway), and since I am facing some problems with my bttv card ATM, I left it  
for later. You can modify it :)  
Oh, in this ebuild I commented out the installation of the webcam.cgi, because  
I haven't used it and I didn't like the installation path 
(/usr/local/httpd/cgi-bin), which was empty on my system and AFAIR when I had 
some web server it was somewhere under /var. I am not sure about how this 
should be, though.
