'adsl-setup' does not work.
'find / -name "adsl-*"' produces no results.
After unpacking the stage 3 tarball, 'find / -name "adsl-*"' produces no results.
Also tried 'find / -name "*pppoe*"' and found no meaningful results.

It involves a missing script on the LiveCD.  There isn't much to reproduce (or you can look at the details).

Expected Results:  
adsl-setup should have executed and prompted me to enter some information about
my ADSL account.  adsl-start should have started the connection.

This was reported as a bug in 2004.1 and as fixed for 2004.2.  rp-pppoe has gone
missing again!
