I just saw this on =dev-python/scikit-build-0.17.6. I'm working around it with an /etc/portage/env snippet to, if virtual/fortran is not present, add "linux" to the platforms that test_fortran_compiler is skipped on, but perhaps virtual/fortran should be added to the test-dependencies in $DEPEND? |
