There is no version 3.6.0 listed on https://github.com/RadeonOpenCompute/llvm-project/releases

But Gentoo allows users to install this version of sys-devel/llvm-roc.

I don't know what happened with 3.6.0... but 3.7.0 has been released and is in Gentoo currently.
