Issue: media-libs/openexr fails to compile.
Discovered on: amd64

NOTE:
This machine uses a clang/LLVM toolchain.

2.5.2 looks fine for me

With 2.5.2 dwaLookups is no longer run during build, rather a prebuilt dwaLookups.h file is available (c.f. https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/openexr/blob/master/OpenEXR/IlmImf/dwaLookups.h)
