I tested that zinnia 0.06-r3 works fine on my ~arm64 system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try emerge zinnia.
Actual Results:  
1. It fails with no arm64 or ~arm64 keyword.

Expected Results:  
1. zinnia should install.
