Description
Jeroen Roovers (RETIRED)
![]() Using GCC 9.3.0 instead I get past that point of failure. Could be a GCC 10 bug. The code in question (dsvdc.f) didn't change between R-3.6.3 and R-4.0.2. This error was also present in 3.6.3-r1 (on HPPA with GCC 10). @dakon, reproducible? I can't comment at the moment as lapack doesn't build with gcc10 on hppa either. lapack is fine for me now but dev-lang/R-4.1.2 fails for me too still USE=lapack works for me.. (In reply to Sam James from comment #7) > USE=lapack works for me.. Debian are building with lapack. See https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=r-base&arch=hppa&ver=4.1.2-1&stamp=1635772291&raw=0 (from https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=r-base&suite=sid) which works for them. |
