net-misc/scponly-4.8-r6 fails to build with USE=scp

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add "net-misc/scponly scp" to /etc/portage/package.use
2. emerge -a net-misc/scponly

Actual Results:  
Build fails in the configure phase with:
checking for sftp-server... no
Can't find path to 'sftp-server'

unstable version net-misc/scponly-4.8-r7 builds fine

net-misc/scponly-4.8-r7, which fixed this, has been marked stable now. Closing.
