Hello! I've realized that systemd-homed could be disabled by appropriate useflag, but systemd-userdbd cannot be disabled, despite that they're closely related, as I understand. I suggest to add new useflag, userdbd (and maybe depend homed on userdbd)

I don't generally add USE flags for features that are easily disabled at runtime.
