Arches, please stabilize this latest version. I can't tell you much about it, except that removal of the old stable version is blocking removal of the netsurf eclass that needs to be replaced. The only outstanding bug I know of with this version is due to netsurf-buildsystem using EROOT inappropriately, and I plan to fix that after I fix this other stuff.
