Description Brendan Chandler 2004-11-29 10:36:52 UTC
I managed to crash emerge while setting up a new system. The steps below produced the result, and re-running "emerge --resume" produced the crash also.

However, after emerging libgnomeprint alone, everything worked, and I can no longer produce the crash.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sync
2. add USE="~x86" to make.conf
3. emerge -avu xawtv mozilla-firefox inkscape gimp rhythmbox azureus-bin xine-ui gthumb totem tvtime

Actual Results:
>>> emerge (1 of 54) gnome-base/libgnomeprint-2.8.0.1 to /
Traceback (most recent call last):

Comment 1 Brendan Chandler 2004-11-29 10:41:26 UTC
I pasted the backtrace, but it seems the end got clipped off. I can no longer reproduce the crash, and I lost the message, however it was similar to this:

Error comparing type "str" to type NULL.
