Rhythmbox used to always add an item to the nautilus context menu that would allow the user to right click a folder, file, or group of files and select "Add To Library".  This option, since RB 0.8.8 has been disabled by default for some reason by the RB devs.  It would be nice if there was a way to re-enable this for gentoo users.  The compile switch is "--enable-nautilus-menu" and I figure that it would be most appropriate as a "gnome" USE tag, unless there is one that would be better suited.
