- removed capi4k-utils fix in gentoo-patch
- bug #69546 is fixed

- added the included cron stuff to /etc/cron.daily/ and /etc/capisuite/
  (it removes the spooled files after a time period specified in
   /etc/capisuite/cronjob.conf. Default is: never delete.)
