I had some trouble with gstreamer that I resolved but now I cannot start nautilus. It opens up then freezes, displaying the desktop background but no icons and my home folder window with information (size, etc) but no menus or icons. Running 'nautilus --check' fails. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run nautilus, it freezes 2. Check to see if things are okay with 'nautilus -c' Actual Results: running nautilus_self_check_search_uri running nautilus_self_check_file_utilities running nautilus_self_check_file_operations running nautilus_self_check_directory running nautilus_self_check_file FAIL: check failed in nautilus-file.c, line 6173 evaluated: nautilus_file_get_display_name (file_1) expected: Trash got: trash running nautilus_self_check_icon_container running nautilus_self_check_icon_factory Expected Results: Nautilus ought to have restarted itself without hanging once the problem that was crashing it earlier had been resolved. It should have passed its check too.
