A new version of JabRef is out. Same old ebuild should suffice.

no, it doesnt. there are new jars, DEPEND and RDEPEND have to reflect this
change and we have to call java-pkg_jar-from for the new packed jars. this
ebuild works fine, though.

I was under the impression that the previous ebuild used the bundled jars (in the lib directory) - meaning that the same ant target sequence as in v. 1.5 should produce a working build, but I might be wrong. If there are problems, I can help with most things from the JabRef side, though I'm fairly green when it comes to Portage.
