Patch to current ebuild to enable airspyhf support

In version 0.2.0 of gr-osmosdr, support for the Airspy HF+ SDR receiver has been merged in.  It'd be nice to expose this new functionality within Gentoo as a USE flag.

Note that this depends on a new package, which is available in bug #727548.
